The
project has been planned as a residential complex of 81 apartments
and 27 studios,
distributed in three buildings.
The residential unit stands on the lower part of the plot and
the different buildings and levels
will be sited according to the sloping lay of the land in order
to integrate with the
environment. Such levels will communicate by means of open laneways.
Studios are at ground level of the buildings and the one and two
bedroom apartments are
on the upper levels.
Located
at the narrowest part of the island, only about 2.5 km from the
west to the east
coast, protected by the wall of rocks (La pared) Costa Calma ( the quiet coast) is placed
at the side protected from wind, at a distance of only 64km from
the International Airport
of Fuerteventura.
